Welcome to Troop 3143

At Troop 3143, we create leaders. Our troop provides a program for young people that build character, train them in the responsibilities of participating citizenship, and develops personal fitness.

We are very active in the outdoors and in the community. We camp monthly, including a full week of summer camp and some of the older scouts will have the opportunity to backpack for two weeks in New Mexico. Our camps are filled with fun and activities including rafting, skiing, hiking are a few to name.

Scouts and Adults attending summer camp are required to have a current medical form (part C requires a physician signature). These forms are now due so please bring them to the meeting Thursday. If you have not paid the full amount of $400 for summer camp, please bring payment Thursday. Our final payment is due next week to the camp.

Book Upates

Scouts (and parents), once requirements have been signed off as completed in your book, be sure to have them recorded in Troop Master. This can be done during the meeting with Mr. Peru (Jagan's dad) or with Cyndi Rifkin. If Troop Master is not updated, we will not know when you are ready for a scoutmaster conference or board of review.
